July 14, 2017—Most surveys show workplace wellness programs have become more popular over the years. According to the most recent United Benefit Advisors health plan survey, 49 percent of firms with 200-plus employees providing health benefits in 2016 offered wellness programs.

Even so, mid-size and small companies still struggle with how to deal with wellness in the workplace, and employers continue to be frustrated by where to start or if to start a program at all.
